Objectives

International Management (IM) is an independent academic publication. IM publishes original articles in French, English, or Spanish that look at different aspects of management on an international scale. It is intended for academics and managers who wish to keep up with the very latest knowledge. IM hopes to contribute to the progress of knowledge and practice in international management by publishing empirical works and theoretical analyses. To this end, IM aims to encourage debates likely to advance the understanding of numerous facets of management in general.

A quarterly journal, IM devotes two issues a year to special themes. It regularly publishes articles, reports, research notes, publication notices and book reviews, and, on occasion, editorials, special reports, or contributions by invited authors.

All manuscripts presented to IM are submitted to an evaluation committee made up of academics before being accepted for publication. Manuscripts may be written in French, English, or Spanish.

International Management is published with the financial support of HEC Montréal and of the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada.
